OVERVIEW:

Yumin and Hyeondo both break up with their partners, and while strangers at first, they become partners in crime as they attempt to win back their exes. They pretend to date to make their exes jealous, but in the process they form an unexpected bound as they open up to each other. Will their plan succeed?

WHY I LIKE IT:

There’s eye candy (Hyeondo), the art is lovely, and I don’t have to think too much. I settle down and get in my feelings while rooting for our couple to get together because they are cute. Not to say that the plot is boring by any means, but this kind of plot is totally Hollywood fodder, something you’d see in a romance movies or in this case a kdrama. It is foolish and in the real world would be unrealistic, but here in the manhwa world, it’s definitely a-ok.

I do enjoy seeing Hyeondo and Yumin fall for each other as their relationships turns from being partners to friends and eventually something more. Love seeing how they help each other but also help one another heal. There’s angst, there are sweet moments, there are cheers and boos – everything you’d need for some good drama. 🙂
